I installed Adobe Actobad Pro 64 bit on a brand new Windows 11 laptop, and I am signed in. I have a 4K monitor and also this is on a laptop. No problem using this on my old laptop with the same monitor.
Problems:
1. Adobe Acrobat is is missing the text on the bottons on the right, such as Edit, Organize, Comment,
etc. The icons are there and the tools work, but the text is missing.
2. The menus such as Edit-Preference either appears completely blank, slanted, or with skewed text.
3. If I hit print, Adobe closes and does not print.
Adobe Acrobat Pro 32 bit is installed on my old laptop, and it works just fine. Same login. That computer is off, so there is only one logged in and using Adobe.
I tried this so far:
- Help - Check for updates
- Help - Repair installation. Restart.
- Uninstall Adobe Acrobat and Creative Commons. Restart. Reinstall. Restart. Several times on more than one day.
- Security (enhanced) - turn off Enable Protected Mode and uncheck Enable Enhanced Security
- Turned off firewall and antivirus
- Went to Task Manager and turned off background processes
- Made sure Windows Update was updated. Updated the extra drivers, too.
- Looked at the Segoe UI font. It has six showing. I think someone said we need 7, but I can't find the article.
Any ideas how to get Adobe to show the text?
