Need to be able to print both letter and legal, actual size from pdf files.

Hello! I have searched and searched for answers for this problem. This post is very similar to my problem (see below):
I would add to the below that I need to be able to print actual size (which usually show fine in the preview). Printing these packages for my work from pdf files is crucial. I can click "fit", but then everything is smaller and most clients request actual size. (I cannot afford the time to print each legal sized page individually (which does work, but is very time consuming)!). I am using  mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, 2017 version/version 2017.009.20044, my printer is an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw and have spoken to HP folks several times and do have to latest driver. Please, if you can help it would be greatly appreciated;  I can tell by searching the forums that I am not alone. Thank you!

First page prints fine, then additional pages have print cut off?

I have a MacBook Air and receive documents in PDF formats that are mixed letter and legal sizes. I have an HP LaserJet printer with dual trays. I need to be able to print the files in the order that they're received and have my printer pull from the appropriate tray based on the PDF page size. Preview is not able to read the files and pull from a letter or legal tray, so I downloaded Acrobat Reader DC. When I go to print a PDF from Acrobat Reader, it will print the first page fine and then the following pages will have part of the print cut off. It will either leave the top 1/4th of the page blank, shifting everything down on the page and cutting off the bottom portion of the print or it will cut off the print at the top 1/4th of the page and leave a space at the bottom of the page. It has done this with letter sized files, legal sized files, just at random. At first I thought it was an issue with my new LaserJet printer, so I contacted HP. After the third time contacting them for the same issue and having them remote capture my computer, they told me it was an issue with Adobe. Yesterday I had a deadline to meet a client and my PDF was not printing properly again. Since this particular PDF was all letter size paper and not a mix of sizes, I opened it in Preview and was able to print just fine. Any other documents I print from Word, Excel or an email print fine, it is only from Acrobat Reader that I'm experiencing this issue. This is for my home-based business and I have to be able to use the "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size" option that Preview doesn't support. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know this is old, but any resolution? I have the same problem. If you set the paper size to letter in page setup, but leave the box that says choose paper source by PDF checked, all the letter will print fine, but the legal will only print the first one fine, then cut the rest off at the top. If I set it to legal, then all the legal print fine, but the letter documents get cut off at the top as if they're printing on legal paper, so the top part is missing. I have a Canon printer and am using the PS driver. Is there any way to make it so the paper size is also auto and not set to one of them?

I will add, that for me, the ones that are being cut off are the legal sized ones, after the first one. (it does not do this for letter size.)

I have still not, clearly, gotten any replies. This is extremely frustrating. I know this is an Adobe Acrobat issue because today I was able to print many legal sized pages from Preview with no issues. I am now in search of an alternative PDF reader to Adobe, especially since posting on this forum for help has yielded none. Very disappointing.
