Not able to sign a PDF document

Greetings everyone,

 

I am unable to sign a PDF document.  I continue to receive the 105 error message.  

Thus far I turned off the settings under Security (Enhanced), checked for updates, Optimized the file.  No luck.  Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.  Many thanks.

See if this solution resolves the issue:

 

 

 

 

I'd recommend also to try two things if the solution above doesn't resolve your issue:

 

  1.  Force a manual update of the operating system and also of Adobe Acrobat (just to rule if you're mising any optional updates)
  2.  repair the installation (if you haven't done so yet)
