Passwortgeschütztes Dokument lässt sich nicht öffnen

Das Problem wurde gelöst, es handelte sich um ein Update-Problem von Windows. Danach wurde Adobe Acrobat Reader neu installiert. Nun läuft wieder alles.

As mentioned, you get the error message when opening the PDF. Please share the screenshot of the error message. 

Do you experience this behavior with other documents as well? 

Try uploading the document to your Acrobat online account and see if you can open it.

What do you mean? What error message are you getting, exactly? What does it say?
