You can call Adobe Acrobat support by following this link and going through the process outlined in the post. The interface looks a little different now, but going to Adobe.com, signing in and clicking the question mark at the upper right to "Get Help" leads you down the path to getting assistance.

If you're looking to get a phone call from Adobe, I assume you'd have to call them first and ask them to contact you. I don't know of any other way for them to recognize you want them to call you, or any other mechanism that would make them call you without providing any contact information.
