Hello,

I am trying to print a PDF file but it is currently saved at 8.26 x 5.83 but I need it to 6.5 x 4.5. How can I save it as 6.5 x 4.5?

You don't need to change the page size of the PDF to print it to that paper size. The contents will adjust themselves to the page, if you select the Fit option in the Print dialog.

If you really want to change the page size you should use the Preflight tool to scale the pages.

In addition to the good information above, here is a link to instructions on using a preflight profile to adjust the page size, another option is to place the pdf into InDesign, where you have good control over the size, position and cropping, export to a new pdf.
