Problème : Acrobat standard DC ne s'ouvre plus. Abonnement à jour

Bonjour. Depuis quelques jours, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir Acrobat Standard DC, que ce soit en cliquant sur l'îcone, ou en double cliquant directemetn sur un document (Acrobat Standard DC fait l'ouverture par défaut habituellement).

Donc je suis obligée d'ouvrir avec Acrobat Reader.

Je voudrais pouvoir utiliser à nouveau Acrobat Standard DC.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

What happens when you try to open the Acrobat Std DC application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

 

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
