Probleme beim Hinzufügen von Alternativtexten zu Graphiken und Links

Hallo, ich benutze Acrobat Pro zum Erstellen von barrierefreien PDFs (mit einem Windows10 Pro Rechner). Seit ein gestern habe ich das Problem, dass im Eigenschaftsfenster der entsprechenden Figure- und Link-TAGs die Felder für Alternativtext ausgegraut sind und zusätzlich im gleichen Fenster auch ein Linktext-Feld erscheint, dass ebenfalls ausgegraut ist.

An der PDF-Datei liegt es nicht, an einem anderen Acrobat-Arbeitsplatz kann man die Alternativtexte ganz normal einfügen. Den ESET-Virenscanner habe ich testweise auch mal ausgeschaltet, ohne Erfolg. Eine Reparaturinstallation von Acrobat Pro hat auch nicht geholfen. Als letztes habe ich einen anderen Rechner (mit Windows 11 Pro) verwendet, das Acrobat Pro aus dem Abo neu heruntergeladen und installiert und stosse auch hier auf das gleiche Problem: das Alternativtext-Fenster ist ausgegraut und man kann nichts eintragen.

Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich das Problem lösen kann?

    Hallo,

    heute hat der Acrobat ein Update gemacht. Im Fenster Objekteigenschaften kann man wieder längeren Alternativtext für Bilder eingeben. Habe ich das Fenster Objekteigenschaften auf, markiere mehrere Tags und will diese verschieben, kommt eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Anhang).

    Wenn man das Fenster schließt, geht das Arbeiten wieder. Aber dauernd auf und zumachen, das kann es nicht sein. Wer hat den Fehler auch?

     

    AN die Programmierer: Bitte hier schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Danke im Voraus.

      Dear Amal

      Would you be kind enough to update us on this issue, please? We are rapidly approaching the season in which we have several hundred interactive pdfs to create and won’t be able to fulfil these with the issue as it stands. It is a very urgent matter for all of us who create interactive pdfs.

      Hi

      Just to mention that when we close the pop up window it sometimes takes several clicks to do so (usually more than 20 each time). Sometimes the clicking doesn’t close it at all and we have to force quit the program and reopen, losing anything that hasn’t been saved).
