PROBLEME D'IMPRESSION AVEC ACROBAT APRÈS INSTALLATION SONOMA

Salut, après la mise à jour vers Sonoma, je ne parviens pas à imprimer dans Acrobat. Adobe Distiller s'ouvre automatiquement, puis l'erreur suivante se produit : Un fichier PDF ne peut pas être créé à partir du fichier

et tout est bloqué

This issue is addressed with the recent version 23.06.20360. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Bonjour, j'ai le même problème: depouis la mise à jour Sonoma je ne peux plus imprimer les documents PDF: message d'erreur: impossible d'imprimer le document, puis, aucune page selectionnée pour l'impression. Je vois que le problème existe depuis longtemps. est-ce qu'une solution a été trouvée? Merci pour votre aide.

Sorry for the delayed response and for the troubled experience.
During our testing, we found that the majority of such reports are usually related to how the file was created and to the app that created the file. Mostly the issue is either related to fonts - not embedded properly, the image attached with the file, or the structure of the file 


The common workaround for normal printing is to open the document in any browser, such as Edge or Google Chrome, and then print. 

You may try using Preflight fix ups to fix the file: https://adobe.ly/42y6VYn if there are no major foundational issues.

So, the best way to make Acrobat Pro working is not using Acrobat Pro and use a browser ? Honestly, I never read such a dumb workaround…

Hi there

 

Acrobat 2015 is an EOL application and not compatible with the latest MacOS Sonoma.

I have adobe acrobat classic 2015.

I dit the up date and I still cannot print since I installed Sonoma on my mac.

(and I pay on a montly basis)....

bonjour,

 

Moi c'est encore différent, j'ai fait la mise à jour Sonoma et le pilote de l'imprimante Canon n'existe pas encore.. Pourtant l'imprimante est reconnue mais se met en pause et n'imprime rien.

Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Pb résolu en utilisant Acrocleaner pour désinstaller Acrobat puis en le résinstallant.

The latest Adobe Acrobat version (23.06.20360) released addresses this issue. Please update the application to the newest version using the following steps:

- In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help
- Select "Check for Updates."
