Random Blue Popups

We see them all, but I got this "suggestion" for signatures(see attached). I see these various popups every time I open a PDF - either a plain PDF or one with comments that I am reviewing, but these popups are intrusive and not conduisive to a production environment.

Can't do any registry HACKS because on Mac. I've disabled comment viewing by default to relief some of this stress, and no combination of checking or unchecking settings does the trick. It appears to be event/behavior based. What do?

After everything has been done, this "Share" popup is the most annoying. I would be in the middle typing, editing, or marking up a PDF and the mouse/window focus will redirect to this popup and the signature one constantly.

Please, Adobe. I'm asking nicely.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Regards
Amal

I followed the steps and the log collector said my log is available on the portal under this name: AdobeLogs_20231227_084614_094-mac-GS.zxp

Again, I was hit with more popup "adverts" for sharing files with people, even when that button has been disabled. If users have turned off features AND ignored features - maybe they don't want to use those features.

Build in a transparent "I don't want to be nagged anymore" option to cool these adverts off.

Hi @defaultl2dcn3pi5o8u

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please go to Preferences (Cmd+K) > General > Uncheck 'Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat' > Click OK and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

Hi there

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20360 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204012  and try using the application there and check.
