Re: Acrobat only Scans First Page

Hello, I am trying to scan from Adobe with Brother MFC-L6900DW and Adobe will only scan the first page also. When I check settings for page size it is grayed out and I cannot make any changes, so that will not work. I have the most recent version of Adobe. Has anyone been able to get a resolution to this issue?

I have also tried to scan with Brother utility to a PDF and Brother utility will scan about 4-6 pages and then error out. Scanner conspiracy.

    Hi Christina

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation form the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the application.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

What is the workflow/steps you are doing? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful. Also check if the Brother MFC-L6900DW supports scanning multiple pages

    Regards
