Request for Escalation: DESC OID Update for AATL (Existing Member)

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of a UAE based member in the AATL program. We are an existing member of the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL).

Since June 2025, we have been attempting to reach the AATL team via aatl-info@adobe.com to add additional trusted certificate policy OIDs under our Root CA. Despite numerous follow-ups, we have received no response.

As a national entity, this delay is impacting our service delivery. Could the community team please help us escalate this to the AATL technical committee? Our latest audit and CP/CPS are up to date and ready for review.
