Space bar not working in Adobe Acrobat

When my user attempts to type into a field in Adobe Acrobat, she cannot use the space bar. I have looked at the settings in Adobe Acrobat and can't seem to find anything that helps. We're on Windows 10. Am I missing something?

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20533 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check

Does the field have a Format setting applied to it? Can you share the file with us?

Also, are you sure they are using Acrobat, and not some other application (like a browser plugin)?
