Surlignage invisible

Bonjour à vous,

 

J'ai un problème depuis quelques temps sur ADOBE ACROBAT DC.

Lorsque je surligne du texte, le surlignage est invisible.

Je peux le sélectionner, essayer de changer la couleur mais le surlignage reste invisible.

Je peux même le sélectionner et le supprimer.

J'utilise ACROBAT READER en parallèle et là, ça fonctionne parfaitement.

 

J'ai réinstallé complètement le logiciel mais le problème n'a pas disparu.

 

Cela se produit sur tous les fichiers je n'ai malheureusement pas trouvé la solution.

Hello

The problem was solved thanks to a colleague by pressing ctrl + E and modifying transparency of the highlighting.

J'ai bien essayer de réinitialiser les préférences mais cela ne fonctionne pas

J'ai bien tous les droits d'administrateur.

Pour être bien sur que vous me comprenez bien, veuillez noter que quand je parle de surlignage, il ne s'agit pas de sélectionner un texte mais bien de le mettre en évidence avec une couleur :

Voici un screen de ce qu'il se passe, le surlignage est bien là, je peux le sélectionner, mais il est invisible.

I am unable to see the screenshot that you have tried to share. Please try to share a small video recording of the issue as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html 

 

Also, is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

If  it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Hi Matthieu,

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, When I highlight text, the highlighting is invisible. And that it works fine with Acrobat Reader DC

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Pro DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
