Vista de PDF amarillentos

Hola desde que instalamos la última versión, todos los mail que vienen procedentes del mail salen en la pantalla con un fondo amarillento.

A parte el programa se esta bloqueando constantemente.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat You are using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and ensure you have installed the recent version 23.06.20380. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

     

    Please go to Preferences (CTRL,CMD + K) > Accessibility > Check ‘Replace Document Colors’ > Select ‘Use Windows Color Scheme’ and Press ‘OK’ and see if that works.

    Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    You may  also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works
