When I try to convert png,jpeg files to pdf,  I receive an error saying the file is not a supported file type or is corrupted (which it is not corrupted).

Also when I try to combine jpg or png or any other types of images, I receive this error massege.

Please HELP ME!🥵🥵🥵

Hi,

Could you please try the workflow again with:

Exp1: Disable the imageconversion sandbox

i) Set key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC<track>\ImageConversionPlugin\ buseSandbox(REG_DWORD)=0.

Exp2: Keep the imageconversion sandbox enabled but also enable the protected mode of Acrobat.

i) Set key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC<track>\ImageConversionPlugin\ buseSandbox(REG_DWORD)=1.

ii) Turn on acrobat Protected Mode - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC<track>\Privileged\ bProtectedMode(REG_DWORD)=1.

Let us know if you're still unable to perform the workflow.

I tried to convert your file, with "Combine files" and it seems to work:

My release is slightly newer than yours, so it may be worth doing Help > Check for Updates.

@Dilaksha

Try combining the files online and let us know if that works:

PNGs and JPEGS can be converted to PDF using Acrobat Pro DC. For testing purposes, have you tried other image files? Can you open these images in an image editor? If so, which one?

If you want to attach one of the images in a Reply window, we can take a look at it.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Acrobat for you.
