Question

It is possible to give whatever feedback to Adobe?

Sometimes I wonder how such a big company not able to fix very simple and obvious bugs and uncomfortable features. But when I tried just to write a recommendation on improvement to Adobe team- I realized why they are so blind to user experience. You just can't contact them. No mail for feedback, nothing. Go to Adobe community or talk to silly bot who not understand what I want (I mean, 2025 year. You have ai generative image and videos software, bit can't implement a chat smarter than: "if you want this- press 1, if you want that- press 2"). It just make me feel frustrated. For the money I pay for it- I just can't have a simple email to contact and write message (I don't even need answer).

So, if someone know how to write a feedback or recommendation on improvement- let me know

    I chatted with an agent for this exact reason. I asked him about some kind of a contact email to leave feedback and he said he sent me an email to reply to, and that it would reach the correct channels. So I constructed a carefully worded email, expressing my frustrations and sent it. I immediately received an email back saying I emailed a DONOTREPLY. Adobe doesn't care if we're happy because they know that for the price, they're still the best so no one is going anywhere. They can make whatever ridiculous updates their fresh college grad newbies throw out with no consequence because, how will they know? There's zero ways to reach them.

    The Ideas section of an Adobe forum is the place to give feedback.:

    The Creative Cloud Desktop community is another one who uses the forums for bugs and ideas:

    in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    @Павел5ED8

    Which Adobe application are you using? Some Adobe teams use the Community forums for bug reports and others use UserVoice.

    If you tell us your issue, we may be able to assist.

    Also, when you get the bot, type "agent".

    I like that: "Some".

    There is no simple way to give your feedback to any of the software?

    Ok, what I wanted to write is not about certain application, but more about Creative Cloud. Wanted to say that it would be very comfortable and logic to have sync of preferences in apps. For example shortcuts. So if I re-intall windows I would not lost all my settings in software like Premiere Pro. I know I could save those things manually but it so weird to do in a such product as Adobe.  And I can't write it anywhere.

    I can type "agent" to the bot? no way, here is the result: (attached 2 images)

    So bot just threw me in a loop.

    Plus, in a Premiere Pro I constantly have small issues that I can't report right away. Once in a while I have a windows with "send us feedback", but in that moment I couldn't remember exact things that annoys me in a software.

    So, is there a simple way to communicate to adobe team?
