Need Help - Photoshop Easy Website Disappeared and Lost Access to Purchased Courses

Hi everyone,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, since it’s not directly an Adobe issue, but I hope the Photoshop Community can offer some guidance or support.

I purchased several online courses from the "Photoshopeasy" website.
Company:

S&S TRAINING SRL

Via del Pomerio 3

Benevento

82100

Italy
info@photoshopeasy.com

totaling USD 1,042 in 2023: (The product website still exists)

- Photoshop Easy Photoshop Easy | Facebook
- Selection Secrets Selection Secrets- Learn to Master the Selections in Photoshop!
- Preset Power
- Compositing Bootcamp Compositing Bootcamp | Master Adobe Photoshop Compsiting Online

The problem is that the Photoshopeasy website is no longer accessible.
I’ve lost access to my account and all the products I purchased.

I’ve tried contacting their team many times without success. I also reached out to the instructors in these courses, but they were unable to help, so I’m hoping someone here might have advice.

What I would really like is to contact Photoshopeasy and download the content I purchased.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or does anyone know how I might restore access to these courses?

I also want to share this as a reminder for the community to be cautious when purchasing Adobe-related courses from third-party sellers. I never expected a platform to shut down and disappear without notifying its customers—especially when the instructor is such a well-known expert in the industry.

Thank you very much for any advice or help.

PS: If you know any of the instructors who might be able to help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Thank you everyone for sharing your comments here!
Finally, our voices have been heard!

I just received an email from them and can now access my course again.
This whole issue could have been avoided if they had communicated clearly and responded to customer emails from the start.

Please check your email which you used to register with photoshopeasy.com.

They sent email today (Nov 11, 2025). They moved it to new website www.pixademy.com and they moved all of our accounts there.

I got an email from them and I can successfully login to my account in pixademy and could access my lifetime access of my courses. Glad that they addressed our concerns.

Hi guys,

Even I've recieved an email from Photoshop Easy and Pixademy. They have shifted their platform.

Initially I was confused by the name Pixademy, thought that this was related to Piximperfect (the names are almost the same), but it's not..

Here's the mail that I received

Hi Sirath,

We owe you an apology.

Recently, some students had trouble accessing their courses, and that’s on us.

We know how valuable your training is, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

But instead of patching the old system, we built something entirely new, faster, smoother, and created for people serious about mastering their craft.

Welcome to Pixademy.

the new learning platform where you’ll now find all your courses:

Photoshop Easy, Compositing Bootcamp, Selection Secrets, Preset Power, and any others you’ve purchased.

Check your inbox — you’ve received a separate email from Pixademy with your personal access link.

Use it to set your password, then log in anytime at 👉 my.pixademy.com

Inside your new Pixademy account, you’ll find all the courses you’ve purchased, with lifetime access to your content.

At Pixademy, our mission is clear:

to provide the best education in photographic post-production and professional retouching, taught by the world’s leading educators and creators.

Make sure to add info@pixademy.com to your contacts, so you never miss important updates, new lessons, or exclusive resources.

Thank you for your patience and trust.

We turned this challenge into an opportunity to create something far better, and this is just the beginning.

See you inside,

The Pixademy Team

World-class training in photographic post-production and professional retouching.

I also bought the Photoshop Easy courses back in Oct of 2022. I recently tried to access them and was unable. I found this thread while searching and was saddened to hear we all lost access and our money. Today I received an email from Photoshop Easy saying all my courses were brought over to the Pixademy platform. I just logged on and they are in fact all there. Check your email and see if you also have a few emails (one from Photoshop Easy and one from Pixademy).

Adobe should have interest in this. He taight at

Adobe MAX. Adobe ahould bot be featuring or supporting instructors who basically scammed people.

Hi Aimee, Adobe employee here and a prior instructor for these courses who got scammed as well. This is sold from a third party using Adobe products but not actually associated with Adobe. Unmesh from Piximperfect is also not responsible for this. He was also an instructor who was scammed sadly! It's all around a bad situation but looks like the courses are live again.

I purchased the Photoshop Eay course aslo. He continues to create content on YouTube & maeketing other online courses. I just reported his profile on youtube. Maybe everyone else should do the same. He has a huge following. Maybe if there are enough complaints against him, youtube could take action against him, forcing him to address the situation.

Sorry, Aimee V. Who are you talking about? I hope not Unmesh Dinda?

Hi Kwin,

this really sucks! I just wanted to chime in here too. Unfortunately we, as instructors, got screwed over too and were never paid for the content we provided. This course is in no way associated with Adobe. PiXimperfect (Umesh) is not associated with this either other than being hired as an instructor. Sadly, the instructors and students were all scammed with this course. 😞

I recommend taking this to the better business bureau, or taking it up with your bank, or chalking it up to a crappy lesson learned for all of us.

It was a total joke to do what they've done. I am so sorry that instructors were fleeced also. Seems Unmesh was paid, so at least there's that. But given they are now operating using the same company name, and calling their course Photoshop Easy, same S & S Training group.

Quite often people can purchase the rights to offer a course, or set of courses, with their branding on it.   For me, I never did it, however, when I was shutting down my website for selling stuff I warned people 30 days out "last day to download any purchases is .... then two weeks,, then one week, then daily.   I shut the retail side down at 10pm one night.  I didn have any issues with customers.

I see this alot with tshirt templates- people purchase the rights to resell the unedited shirts- then a year later that company is gone.

Now with lessons like what is being talked about here:  More than likely a diferent person has purchased the rights to sell the exact same product- it's a different company so it's unresonable for a different company, offering the same product, to honor any sort of arrangements made from a different company, there simply is no financial reasson to do so.

Hi Kwin,

I'm so sorry this happened to you! Can you please email me a copy of your paid invoice to nicollet@adobe.com
Perhaps we can determine who from the course platform took your money and ran, so to speak.

Thank you!

Hi Hannah,
Thank you so much. I’m really glad the Adobe team is now aware of this scam case.
I’ve already emailed my payment invoice and hope Adobe can look into it to help prevent people with bad intentions from using the Adobe name or certification in the future.

Really appreciate your support.

I just ran into that as well. I was refreshing somthing in my head on the site just a few weeks ago. Since he has a new course, it would be a perfect jesture for him to include these lessons for those of us who subscribed to PhotoshopEasy in his new course. I'm sure he has access to them, but I guess it's possible that he's under some sort of contract that prevents him from showing them without kicking back to the people who sold them to us. I hope that isn't the case. Needless to say, I'm not likely to buy his new course for fear the same thing might happen. His brand has been tarnished so now it's up to him to make us whole.

Hello All

Our friends behind Photoshopeasy.com are currently doing this same thing in Italy (their base). Here are the details.  Stefano & Simone Martini  info@photoshopfacile.net  S&S Training... ring a bell?

Hi @Jethro Gibbs
Thank you for your update.

I also tried contacting Stefano through his Photoshop Easy email, but unfortunately, he never replied.

If he reopens the same course in Italy, hopefully we’ll have a chance to reach him and ask for access to the content we already paid for.

Maybe if more people in the Adobe community come together and support each other, it could encourage him to do the right thing.

I also bought the full Photoshop Easy course and followed it halfway. But I can not find the website or course. I have believed and followed Unmesh Dinda for more than a decade, but now I have lost everything. Please help to recover the course contents.

Thanks

That company is a private business and is not part of the Adobe family.  They are no longer in busness, even their domain is expiring quite soon.

BOTTOM LINE:  There is nothing you can do.

Hi everyone

I joined the course on the 'updates for life' promised and fronted by Unmesh. This is an appalling situation, I paid for all 3 courses, now where is my content! I can't even find a website for the company that one of PiXimperfects team gave me. I think we need some international digging done as the false pretext of updates for life, I was sold on clearly isn't the case.

So unfair when people have paid so much money.
