1. 지나번에도 이 문제로 메시지를 보냈다.

2. 그런데 오늘 접속하니 또 이 문제가 발생되고 있다.

3. 고객관리를 제대로 해주기 바란다.

4. 그리고 사용하지 못한 부분에 대한 배상도 필요하다고 본다.

5. 현명한 답변을 기다리겠다.

    If you have a problem, you need to articulate this problem. Whatever it is, it is not enough to tell us that you have a problem. My crystal ball is currently in maintenance.
