Account banned when using VPN

Hi

I can't access forum and get "Banned account" message when I use VPN. Can the issue be solved?

Send a private message or email userforu at adobe dot com with the IP address you are coming from when using VPN. It sounds like it might be within a range that was banned for allowing spammers.
