Adobe commerce dashboard chart time period

Is there a way we can modify the dashboard chart view on the landing page in the Adobe Commerce Admin Dashboard.
If I filter by "Today" it will show data starting from 5pm of the previous day. I want to see real Today data starting at 00:00 of my Locale Options configuration at PST.
