As you can see the above image, ... More button doesn't working properly. (Chrome, FireFox, Edge)

Once you've been here a while and reached a certain level of participation, you'll get the option to Edit. As a beginner, that isn't yet available to you.

This message in the ACP forum (regular users will not be able to open the message) says that only Moderators and Employees are now allowed to edit messages due to some users abusing the edit function

Yes, but since then Sylvia has also managed to get the board reconfigured so that once a user reaches a certain level, they will be given the ability to Edit, and you can read the message in the Using this Community forum:
