Adobe creative cloud does not recognize me as admin

I use my personnal laptop (mac) and don’t have a team. I use adobe suite for my personal purpose. When I open creative cloud, I cannot download, from the apps tab, the Adobe apps. It says that I have to contact my administrator support. But I don’t have one since it’s for my personal use and i’m on an admin session on my Mac... how can I do ?
