Adobe Employees never reply

Why are the Adobe Employees so impolite, not responding to private messages? I contacted a few of them, the result is the same. Using tags and mentioning them in the topics also does not work. Is this official policy? I am not trying to discuss the weather, but important issues that they commented on in my threads. They do have enough time for public posts in the community, so ignoring messages looks arrogant.

UPD. Finally. I got a reply. The guy said he just missed my message. I decided to contact him again now (16 months later) 🙂

Everyone has PMs enabled by default. Employees are under no obligation to review or reply to them. As a best practice, everyone should disable them if they're not going to pay attention to them.

If you need support, please create a post in the relevant product forum. Both our Community Experts and Employees review new threads daily.
