As you can see from the picture, I decided not to receive the notification, but I don't think I should block the notification because of the payment email. What should I do?

Click on your profile picture > My follows
Make sure there's nothing here at all. If there this, this could be overriding your other settings.

Notifications from these user-to-user support forums are on a separate system. Emails regarding payments are not effected by forum notification settings.
