Adobe Prof v9 (Snapshot errors)

We are experiencing an odd Adobe error while using the snapshot tool:

AppName: acrobat.exe AppVer: 9.1.0.163 ModName: unknown

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 90ff223d.

Has anyone experienced this same problem and/or know what the resolution is?
