After installing InDesign 21.2 English International, I cannot access InDesign 21.1 English Hebrew

Hi,

I used for a long time InDesign Englsih Hebrew due to the numerous projects in Hebrew and/or Arabic. Today, I installed InDesign 21.2 English International because I need the PDF2InDesign feature that doesn not work on MENA version of InDesign. I finisshed the project and I discovered that I cannot revert to InDesign English Hebrew. I lost of the features for working with Right to Left languages. I opened Creative Cloud, I revert the install language to English Hebrew and I tried opening the InDesign. Still no access to inDesign for Right to left languages. Any suggestions?
