After the February 2026 release some of our customers are no longer seeing signature signed where we have the signature tags but instead at the end of the document.

We realize the tag is no longer being recognized but why in some customers and not for others?  Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send document through their Adobe accounts for signature. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag while the others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this.
