Question

Dear Vassie,
 
I'm confused because I'm getting answers from Adobe because they think I am you. Vassie is a family name and I have used it at other times. Your questions are not familiar and I did not ask them. Please look into this mixup. Where did you get the name Vassie, I'm curious.

Your post is a little confusing, but I wonder if you are getting forum emails that are automatically sent out by a bot? If so, you can turn off automatic emails.

Click your avatar in the upper right of the forum window
Click "Account Settings"
Click the "Notifications" tab
Click "Turn off all email notifications"

Please let us know whether or not this is your issue and if this helps.
