Are all flash builder forums locked or disabled?

Where can I post questions about Flash Builder 4.6?  Seems like those forums are locked or don't allow new questions.

    Sorry - my fault.  I must not have been logged in.  Now that I am, I see the option for new Discussion off to right of the question / search form I'd been filling out earlier.

    I just checked the three Flash Builder Forums listed at http://forums.adobe.com/community/flash_builder and they all seem to be open and able to post new discussions.

    Which of the forums are you in, and do you get an error message or is the Start a Discussion link missing? If it is missing, can you post a screen shot?
