Best tool for building web forms?

I'm looking at Adobe and was wondering what product you would reccomend for creating basic web forms?

Any input would be grealy appreciated!

    I have also heard of jive software but Have not ever tried it.

    Pat was making a funny. Jive software is what these forums run on and the general consensus is, it's garbage.

    For non nerd, Adobe acrobat, or DreanWeaver both have there own forums on the Adobe forum Server.

    MS Visual Studio Maybe if to be sent MS only Users.
