Can I write a letter to Adobe?

Adobe seems to have quite a firewall built up around the company. Is there a way to write a letter - paper or digital - that will get read by an actual human being?

The only official route for the public to contact Adobe is via Customer Care - details at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Office locations are listed at https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact/offices.html but there is no guarantee that a letter would reach an appropriate department.

Sure. You can write snail mail letters to Adobe. I'm also sure they get read, but I'm not sure that you will get your letter reaching the person you want to reach.

However, if your matter is of technical nature. either use the fora or use customer service to get a solution. If your matter is of commercial nature, you should use customer service or contact Adobe sales.

And yes, it is possible to get in touch with Adobe employees. But as Adobe is a huge company and there are many customers don't expect to get in touch with the upper management.

    merryjo, good evening.
Do you want to write a letter to an Adobe person on this post?

    A rant about integrity

Then I understand your feelings, but unfortunately
There is no way to write letters to Adobe (both paper and digital).

A lot of experts called MVPs and ACPs (they are not Adobe staff) and Adobe staff are also traveling in this community forum.
You can only expect them to see the post you just posted.
