Can reply to POST

I have just successfully registered this Adobe ID but informed of limited access to content.  I am informed to contact the adminstrator but yet to find a way to do that.   At present, I find the problem of replying to existing post here.   Help this new compose for "help" can get through.

    Almost forget to include Adobe administrator reply at the time.

    In fact my question is about an old post (screen captuer above) submitting information about a malicious adobe reader installer found under the seemingly official URL => https://admdownload.adobe.com/bin/live/readerdc_uk_xa_cra_install.exe.

     

    While an adobe administrator replied that the URL was from third party website, I wonder why such website could use adobe's official domain name <Adobe.com>.  Hope someone can clarify this issue.   Thanks in advance.
