Question

Can someone fix my name?

Hi:

My forum name is "It doesn't work!"

But somehow or another, when I signed in to post a question in the CS Mac forum, a slash got added to the word "doesn't", between the n and the apostrophe, thusly:

It doesn\'t work!

Weirdly enough, when I'm signed in, the welcome message in the upper right-hand corner of the window displays it correctly:

It doesn't work!

Anyone know how this can get fixed? Or if it's possible to change the name altogether? Thanks for any info you can give me…

Only you can change your Adobe ID or screen name. Here's how:

    1. Go to http://www.adobe.com
    2. Click on "Welcome, Your Name" at the top right side of the page (under the Adobe search field)
    3. Click on My Information
    4. Sign in with your current Adobe ID if prompted (you should now be on the Your Account page)
    5. You will find your Adobe ID (usually your email address) in the first section
    6. You will find your screen name in the second (My personal profile) section
    7. Scroll down to the My personal profile section
    8. Make your changes here and click to Save your changes

The next time you sign into the Forums they should pick up this change from your Adobe ID account.
