Can't access Spark admin console

Hello, 

I recently setup Adobe Spark for my K-12 school. I was initially able to access the admin console and setup all the Google SSO info. Now I can't get back into the console to assign Spark licenses to users. I keep getting the message that I do not have authoriation or I get an error. I have attached all the different message I get when trying to access the console. (Also, phone support was absolutely useless.)
