Can't chane email address profile uses ?

I must be blind - where is the option to alter the email address I see on http://forums.adobe.com/edit-profile!input.jspa?userID=26015 and that I guess is used to send subscription-based email ?

You can change the email in the Your Account link at the top.

Except that changing the prefs. has no effect and I now have a mail box full of spam!
