Can't login to bugs.adobe.com

I registered an account. When ever I try to login it says..

"You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the administrators."

When I click "contact the administrators" it doesn't give me any information.

Any information or help about what I should do would be grateful.

I don't know if they use the same login/account info as the forums.

Looks like the email address doesn't work.
