Can't post on existing conversation

Hi,

I started the below thread on Thursday and need to update it with a post indicating the solution, but I can't place the post. When I try, it doesn't get accepted.

What should I do? I'm signed in with my Acrobat user.

    I couldn't on Sunday probably because I tried to reply to the last post -- which was mine. This time I replied to a post which I didn't write and it worked 🙂
