Been around for years.

Just discovered I cannot edit my posts any longer.

I read that a forum user has to be around for a while, but I’ve been here for quite a while (and was able to edit!):

What am I missing here?

there’s long been a minimum amount of activity required to edit one’s own posts. a few months ago you may have qualified to do just that, but now that there’s been major forum changes you apparantly don’t qualify.

i know in the previous forum version community experts were able to edit other user’s messages (eg, your messages), but we can no longer do that. there’s not been any explanation for why this occurred and no info about it changing despite requests.
