    If you are talking about a different account, please give details, such as the name and page URL (if known).

     

    1. Try logging out of the forums, then log back in with your Adobe ID and PW

    2. I'm not saying it's true, but if you broke the forum guidelines, your account may have been closed by staff

    Start a new topic from the forum's Overview page, big blue button that reads POST.

    you can also try a different browser.  trying a mobile phone browser is the most likely to succeed.

    I tried 2 browsers and cannot get any response from "Post" button on the PS Elements page.

    I'm just trying to confirm that Elements 2024 will work when I update to Max Sequoia..
