CHANGES IN NOTIFICATION? Not receiving e-mails

For at least a couple of weeks, I have not been receiving e-mails notifications of correspondence in postings I have replied in.

 

Broken?

Changed?

 

I noticed one thread that referred member to look at Following, member noticed none were checked, same here, but logging out, then logging in, shows following goes back to unchecked.

    Hi David, we've seen this issue for a few days now. Unfortunately, you're not the only one.
    Engineering is looking into it as we speak.

    And an oddity, why does this posting, placed in Community Help, not showw up in Community help?
