Coldfusıon Programs ERROR

We had coldfuıon 2018 at our company.ıt has licance ofcourse but last 2 weeks ıt has a error.When we looked at the system we saw that syystem file was cleaned.fırst week the bın file wasnt at sytems fıle and ıt was deleted and thıs week the coldfusıon server stopped.then we saw that server connection (maın) was deleted.ıt was beıng same hours and date.(monday  14:00 for explamle) why can ıt be ? we dont have any ıdea.we thınk maybe coldfusıon ıs update ıts versıon itself but really we need help near tıme.please say us u ıdea and turn.ıf we cant solve ıt wıll be next week too.
