When I click on a forum link on an Android device I have started getting a standard cookies warning. When I tap Accept nothing happens. I cannot accept the cookies and dismiss the warning.

The site itself is always HTTPS, but in the absolute mountain of cookies being set about half are non-secure (meaning they are transmittable without encryption as part of the page request). That is rightly seen as a security failure in the latest browser versions and is being blocked. Users cannot change how a cookie is set.

So shouldn't Adobe identify the cookies responsible and deal with the parties who want them there?

correct... this default "we have cookies" trend translates as web design is too hard so we just ignore the rules
