Why do you ask questions and make it difficult to respond? Nothing says "We don't really want your opinion" more than asking it from a DoNotReply email address. That's just rude.

If you really wanted our opinion, you would include a way to paste a screengrab into this 'create a post' feature. You would be astonished how many times I and other users have not sent you valuable information because you made it too difficult. It's not difficult like 'working on a chain gang' difficult, but your customers are extremely lazy and demanding. You're missing out on opportunities to make us even more reliant on you.

Email is sent by the forum's software autoresponder (robot).  I opted out of email copies long ago.  It just takes up precious space  in my inbox and serves no real purpose because I only use the online forum system to post and reply.

To see who has replied to your questions and in which topics, click on Notifications -- the BELL icon next to your Avatar.

You can disable email copies by clicking your Avatar,  select Account Settings > Notifications.

Hope that helps.

Hi Scott,

I don't get email replies, but does it work when you click the link that says, "Click here to view the reply"?

The forum software strips attachments from email replies. If Adobe allowed you to paste a screenshot, you would expect it to actually show up. Instead it would be removed.

You can paste screenshots into a Reply window or you can click the insert image (mountain and sun) button.

I hope this helps,

Jane
