Did Adobe rip me off?

I ordered and tried to download Photoshop Elements, but for some reason, I got Photoshop Premiere. I immediately asked for a replacement but was told I needed to request a refund for Photoshop Premiere and then order Photoshop Elements, which I did.

However, Adobe won't give me a refund for Photoshop Premiere, even though it wasn't my fault I got the wrong download. Their reason: First they told me it was because I didn't request a refund immediately, which isn't true. Then they told me it was because I didn't file a software destruction letter quickly enough, even though I got an e-mail telling me "nothing else was required" in order for me to get a refund. So now they've run out of excuses, except that so much time has elapsed, they tell me it's too late to do anything about it the problem. Ethical? Honest? Good customer service? You be the judge.

If this is a rant, it's ok; probably most fellow us

ers will sympathize with you. However, if you are looking for help, this is the wrong place to ask for it. This is a user to user forum for discussions on the forums themselves. No fellow user can give you any help in a case such as this.
