i want to design menue by myself to my website

but i need to make sub menue lets say the top one is Malaysia Hotels

and if you touch that word the menue come down you can see

Kuala lumpur Hotels

penang Hotels

Langkawi hotels ... etc

Please Help to give me the link for that program

and tell me if its in arabic or not

also other website Need the same thing

but i need it for the forums coz the main page run with WP
