Does cs5 overwrite cs4?

I have CS5 Design Premium which I received shortly after installi

ng CS4 and becoming comfortable with 4. If I install CS5, will it overwright my CS

4?

    No... but it is suggested that once you install CS5, don't uninstall CS4. If you want to get rid of CS4 at a future date, you'll probably have to uninstall them both and then reinstall CS5.
