Does Internet Security programs interfere with Cloud?

Hi, i'm new to Cloud.  I needed to install Explorer to download it as Cloud wouldn't sync with Firefox.  Now my quesions is about internet security.  I have Kaspersky available but have found that particular service to interfere with other online programs. If anyone using Cloud also uses Kapsersky, please let me know if you have any issues.
