Doubled content

I am managing two separate newsletter projects on my Adobe account. After refreshing the content, one of them disappeared, and now two different links show the same content. What can I do to retrieve the previous content? Please advise me.

    are you using spark or indesign?

      Can you tell us which Adobe app you are using? Most folks use either InDesign or FrameMaker for newsletters.
