duotone not working after re-install of CS4 on a Mac

I was having trouble with my RAW images not being recognized. Before I could figure out that problem (needed the upgrade) I uninstalled/re-installed CS4 on a Mac. I received a pop up message saying something about duotone not being installed. There was no way i could change that, now when I run CS4 the duotone button is not active, any help is appreciated.
